The Warrior Cats series is a series written by Erin Hunter is about clans of wild cats who live in the forest and follow a structured, code-driven society. The story begins with Rusty, a pet cat (known as a “kittypet”), who joins ThunderClan and becomes Firepaw, an apprentice, and later Firestar, a legendary leader. Erin Hunter has actually written lots and lots of Warrior Cat series, with there being eight full series so far, and the first book in the ninth series has recently come out. There are six books in each series. Each series follows the adventures of different cats, and the one I just described above is the first series, The Prophecy Begins. If you enjoy The Prophecy Begins, you may want to get the next few series of Warrior Cats, or even all the series if you’re a really big fan. I think the age rating for this series is 8+.
